Home: Welcome
The most common question I get these days is “Why?”. Why am I a candidate for the Grantsville City Council? The simple answer is that I care about Grantsville and the future of the place I call home. As a life-long resident of Grantsville, my family roots run deep here and I have always been proud of the hard work and dedication those early settlers showed to develop and live on this land. My wife, Kelli, and I are the parents of 7 children and our family has been blessed by the people and values of Grantsville City.
Over the course of my lifetime I have seen the growth, the opportunities, and the good that has come to our small town. I know it has also presented some challenges. I am uniquely qualified to lead and serve the people, using the talents and skills I have developed in different leadership capacities in my civic, religious, and professional endeavors as an electrical contractor. I will strive to listen to the residents of this great community and will do my best to understand their perspective and make sound, practical decisions in difficult matters that arise. I am honored to be considered for a position on the Grantsville City Council and look forward to serving the people of the city I love.
